We've made major changes to reflect ISO 20000:2011 Part 1 yet still managed to fit the key concepts on a single page of A4. We have used this for several years to assist delegates on the ISO 20000 Consultant Certificate (now renamed Practitioner Certificate - same content) and ISO 20000 Auditor Certificate courses by drawing it on a flipchart. Now it is printable. It is also useful for the ISO 20000 Foundation course.
